Frequently Asked Email Questions

1. How do I setup my email in the email program on my computer (i.e. Outlook, Thunderbird)?

  • You will want to configure your email client for POP or IMAP and enter the following settings:

    Username
          Your full email address (i.e. myname@mydomain.com)
    Password
          Your email account password
    Incoming Mail Server
          POP: pop.secureserver.net
          IMAP: imap.secureserver.net
    Outgoing Mail Server
          smtpout.secureserver.net
    Incoming Port
          POP: 110 (Without SSL) or 995 (With SSL)
          IMAP: 143 (Without SSL) or 993 (With SSL)
    Outgoing Port
          Without SSL: 25 (most popular), 80, or 3535
          With SSL: 465

    NOTE: Your email client will require password authentication for your Outgoing Mail Server.

  • Yes, you can do this in your webmail at http://webmail.mtmoriahocala1.org. If you don't remember your login, just do an email change request above, and we will be glad to reset your password for you.

4. Can I setup an email address that forwards to another email address?

  • Absolutely. All we would need to know is the email you are wanting to setup along with the email address(es) to which you are wanting to forward.
